Offering a safe space to explore and learn, gain insight and momentum to make changes

My name is Lynda Tongue, and I am passionate about helping people to communicate clearly in order to be the best version of themselves they can be.
I am a qualified Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and I have worked in organisations since 1976, but became a leadership educator in 1995. I have worked with individuals groups and teams across the public, private and charity sectors and my aim throughout my long experience of working in organisations, has always been to support people to be confident, competent and completely at ease with themselves and the work around them. Some of us carry so much self-doubt that it keeps us stuck; others are straining to be someone they are not. Yet more people are living in a sort of trance - time flies by and they do not mark progress, or even stop to wonder if they are on the right road. Whether you are looking for professional development as a coach, a trainer a teacher or a consultant, or looking to learn more about leadership, or simply for your own personal development - I offer a supervision service focused on you as the learner. |
Supervision will support you as the person within the professional, helping you to understand the impact you have on other people, and helping you to understand why others behave the way they do.
Most importantly, we explore in a completely safe space how you can change your behaviour in order to communicate more effectively and build resilience into your relationships and personal growth. It is never too late to learn! "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago - the next best time is today!"
