My aim with TA Tribe is to make Transactional Analysis accessible to everybody and to provide a "virtual training group" for those who would like to belong to a group, but find there is not one locally.
I run a series of three hour workshops (see the banner to the left), and I also conduct supervision sessions one to one or with small groups, online and at a time and frequency to suit all parties.
This is a cost and time-effective way of connecting with others in the helping professions, whether Trainers, Coaches, Consultants or simply because you have an interest in personal and professional development.
The technology is such that we can work as a whole group, or in syndicates, and has a level of flexibility needed for this way of working.
I find that great personal connections can be made online and have written an article which was published in the Dutch TA magazine which sets out my training and learning philosophy and more about online work. This article can be accessed in Dutch and English - click on the appropriate banner to the left.
To find out more about my background, click on the green LyndaTongue.com banner to the right which will take you through to that website.
