Invitation to attend
This workshop will cover the six adaptations in order to understand personality.
We will explore how each adaptation develops and understand how to assess someone's personality adaptation quickly and effectively. This will give the practitioner a huge amount of information and enable you to gain insight into the preferred area of personal contact (thinking, feeling and behaviour) of your clients. Aims and intentions1. To explore the six personality adaptations in detail
2. To consider how to apply the model 3. To discuss the ethical implications when working with this model The workshopAll the workshops on the TA Practitioner programme are conducted online.
Participants receive a comprehensive workshop paper prior to the workshop, in order for them to read and reflect on the TA subjects which will be discussed online. This means that the brain is already making connections even before the workshop takes place! The five hour workshops will then provide an opportunity for discussion of the theory, time to ask questions, make links, work on activities to stimulate thinking and to work out the ways in which to apply the learning to your professional practice, or your own personal development.
