Behavioural Psychology

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a framework of psychological models and concepts for coaches, trainers, youth and social workers, consultants, teachers, managers ..... so - particularly for those who work in the "helping professions", but also for anybody who wants to know more about human behaviour.
It can be applied in a variety of situations, as a way to "unpick" what is happening between two people, or a group dynamic.
I launched TA Tribe in 2016. If you are a coach, consultant, trainer, teacher, facilitator or 'helping' professional such as youth worker or simply somebody interested in personal development then please invest some of your time exploring this website.
I have taught these theories on Leadership and Communication programmes in organisations since 1998. I still hear from participants, who have testified to the positive impact Transactional Analysis theories have had on them, both personally and professionally.

TA introductory workshop (TA 101)
As the TA 101 has a prescribed syllabus, in order to maintain international standards, 12 hours of trainer contact are required.
TA Tribe provides this learning in 3 x 4 hour or 2 x 6 hour online workshops. Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook which accompanies the programme, and provides background reading for you to read at your leisure. |
