Introduction to Transactional Analysis

A psychological approach to communication

Behavioural Psychology

Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA 101)

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a framework of psychological models and concepts for coaches, trainers, youth and social workers, consultants, teachers, managers ..... so - particularly for those who work in the "helping professions", but also for anybody who wants to know more about human behaviour.

It can be applied in a variety of situations, as a way to "unpick" what is happening between two people, or a group dynamic.

I launched TA Tribe in 2016.  If you are a coach, consultant, trainer, teacher, facilitator or 'helping' professional such as youth worker or simply somebody interested in personal development then please invest some of your time exploring this website.

I have taught these theories on Leadership and Communication programmes in organisations since 1998.   I still hear from participants, who have testified to the positive impact Transactional Analysis theories have had on them, both personally and professionally.
