Qualify as a Transactional AnalystIf you are interested in qualifying as a TA Practitioner, the International Centre for TA Qualifications (ICTAQ) work-based learning route might be for you.
Julie Hay (TSTA-COPE), Lynda Tongue (TSTA-Org) and Dr Sandra Wilson (TSTA-Org) founded ICTAQ in 2017. We aim to make TA affordable and accessible to all. We offer online training, supervision and examination processes leading to TA Practitioner; TA Advanced Practitioner and TA Master Practitioner (this last level is the equivalent to Certified Transactional Analyst). We believe passionately in raising the profile of sound, ethical TA application through increasing the rate of those qualified to apply it in their professional role of 'helping others'. The process of writing a portfolio (subject chosen from a range by the student) allows for a TA-based mentoring relationship to develop. One where the student gains guidance and support to apply TA in an immediate way, through the feedback received on their portfolios. This approach has many benefits: ethical practice, continuing support, and a structured, graduated way to measure progress, and gain a TA qualification. |
If you are looking for a TA qualification which is meaningful in an organisational context, where mentoring support is given alongside feedback which is stretching and enabling - then look no further!
