Be the leader you want to see in the world
Organisations are complex systems of interconnecting teams, specialists, levels of hierarchy and internal and external boundaries.
The flow of communication, the positive parallel processes which enable people to be psychologically strong, confident, and working to their potential, is largely the responsibility of leadership.
How do we achieve this, and what is more, sustain it?
People cannot be managed by ticking boxes - the relationship is very human, fluid, challenging and rewarding.

The supervision day that follows, is a place for the participants to create the agenda. Opportunities to give and receive supervision, to run a teach for feedback, to guide a discussion on theory or to explore a new exercise you have designed. Each session will be followed by a process review where possible, which offers an opportunity to practice our skills of analysis and reflection, for sharing our process and for deepening our knowledge of theory.
