Introduction to TA Tribe SuperVision GroupTA Tribe SuperVision group is a near monthly online workshop for people who want to increase their knowledge of TA theory and application. Through the superVision process participants have an opportunity to work out a problem with a client or a situation at the same time as they use the TA concepts to understand what is happening in the process. In this way, they develop their competence with the TA concepts and learn to be more adept at applying them to analyse in the moment, what might be going on for the client.
Recordings of client work are encouraged, increasing the opportunities for work-based learning. Analysis line by line of a five minute transcript of your coaching or training session with the support of a supervisor will help you to gain insight and understanding and deepen your knowledge of TA, the client, the situation and yourself. |
