Analysing the process
An in-depth consideration of TA and other approaches to supervision, in order to develop skill in analysing self and others including teams, groups, classrooms and organisations.
The application of a range of TA and other concepts that illuminate the underlying psychological processes that determine the success or otherwise of interactions.
We will explore models of supervision, self analysis and personal disclosure, and discuss the necessity of the supervisee being able to talk about their own behaviour without shame or embarrassment.
On a pragmatic level, we will discuss the preparation of segments of participants' own cases for supervision.

Day 2 - supervision, discussion, exam preparation - you set the agenda
The theory day is very interactive, with input and discussion, activities for exploration and for action. All participants are invited to share their knowledge and expertise and syndicate groups will allow for sharing, discovery, challenge and growth while learning together.
The supervision day that follows, is a place for the participants to create the agenda. Opportunities to give and receive supervision, to run a teach for feedback, to guide a discussion on theory or to explore a new exercise you have designed. Each session will be followed by a process review where possible, which offers an opportunity to practice our skills of analysis and reflection, for sharing our process and for deepening our knowledge of theory.
