SuperVision is about taking the meta-perspective - using the DTA concepts to analyse a situation to discover what is really happening between yourself and a client; or to prepare for a meeting; or to understand how a project might have been more successful.
SuperVision is a requirement for the ethical practitioner - the supervisory space offers a place to gain understanding, insight - and to make decisions for taking action.
One to one supervision online is usually of 60 mins duration, and the focus is on support and learning and providing a space for the supervisee to breathe, think and learn.
Supervision sets are groups of three people, and the duration is up to 3 hours. The format is that each supervisee presents with a topic for supervision for 30 minutes, which is then followed by a brief process review. This is where as a group we discuss what we noticed in the process, either between supervisor and supervisee or what came up for us as individuals. Process review offers another opportunity for the supervisee to go deeper in their learning - it is also very helpful for the observers in the group too.

SupervisionAs a practitioner, it can sometimes be difficult to find a supervisor near home or work. TA Tribe offers you a way of getting your supervision hours, or getting your mentoring needs met from the comfort of your own home or office.
Supervision is an ethical requirement for coaches and trainers, consultants and health care professionals. It is a safe space for supervisor and supervisee to work together, to gain insight and decide on action. It is a place for learning, development and problem solving. Lynda Tongue uses a sophisticated web-based communication platform and has conducted online supervision since 2009. Supervision is available in one hour sessions one to one, and also in small groups of three supervisees. Lynda calls these "Supervision triads". |
One to one SupervisionThe supervisee has the benefit of an hour to explore, in a boundaried and contracted way, any issue they may feel they need to bring. Lynda will work with you using the tools of Transactional Analysis so that you get a "superVision" of your process. In this way, you gain insight into your behaviour as well as the opportunity to deepen your TA theory and knowledge.
Supervision TriadsThere is a great deal to be gained by working in a small supervision group. Each session is contracted for, each participant works with Lynda for 20 minutes and a brief process review is then conducted. Process reviews give more opportunity for us to gain awareness and learning. The overall session is 90 minutes.
