Structured and supportive approachLynda Tongue:
I am proud to be a founding leader of the International Centre for TA Qualifications (ICTAQ). It is time that we made TA training and certification fit for the 21st Century practitioner, whether you are a coach, a consultant, a trainer or teacher. I am passionate about making Transactional Analysis affordable and accessible, and I apply this premise to the training and supervision I offer, and am excited to say that through ICTAQ, I can now offer online exams too. I launched TA Tribe in 2016 and for 2020/21 I am offering a comprehensive workshop programme for those new to TA and for those more experienced. The Certificate and Diploma routes offer TA trainees a mechanism for support as you work on your portfolios absorbing feedback from me on your practice and your personal and professional development. It is a positive spiral of learning, application, reflection, more learning into application and so on. When we are happy with your final portfolio ( a pragmatic mix of theory and your own application with a client) your work is submitted to two assessors for marking. You then begin to work on your next assignment. |
