In 1964 Eric Berne wrote the book Games People Play. It is still in print.
Human beings get into 'stuff' with each other - some trivial or mildly upsetting, to some with disasterous consequences. These dynamics can be played out within personal relationships, or within teams and individuals in a workplace setting. The result can be a loss of productivity, a loss of good staff and/or a loss of wellbeing. |
