How not to give power away

Sometimes, we can be totally unaware of the impact we have on other people.  Our style of communicating with others – the signals we give out – sometimes gets us results that are far from satisfactory.

This workshop aims to provide an opportunity to explore Hay’s channels of communication, via personal styles or Ego States.

Ego States is one of the foundational models of Transactional Analysis and is a clear and accessible metaphor for looking at where we put our energy psychologically. 

Do we tell others what to do a lot of the time?  Do we tend to see ourselves in a caring role?  Or the quiet one? Or the fun one?
