Ego States is one of the foundational models of Transactional Analysis and is a clear and accessible metaphor for looking at where we put our energy psychologically.
Do we tell others what to do a lot of the time? Do we tend to see ourselves in a caring role? Or the quiet one? Or the fun one? |
