Coaches, therapists, trainers, consultants work with individuals in the organisational system. We make interventions which have a knock-on effect and need to account for that in our planning, design and delivery of those interventions.
We may have the role label of leader, coach, trainer but will also find ourselves educating, counselling, supporting organisational development etc. The boundaries of these roles are not always clear. STA offers insight as well as a framework of TA concepts - and support for you on your professional and/or personal developmental journey.
