
Strangely, human beings often go through life in a state of trance, spending their days dazed and not asking themselves to check reality.
In this workshop we will explore this phenomenon, known in TA as discounting. How it prevents us from forming rich relationships, stops us from solving problems and generally keeps us 'stuck' - not achieving and not very happy. Having , explored passive behaviours, we will go on to discuss areas and levels of discounting.
We will briefly look at the Discount Matrix, before spending time with Hay's Steps to Success, a useful model for solving problems.
We will also refer to frame of reference and how to Account, rather than Discount.
