Leaders hold the key to the success of the team.
They have the organisational power to create discord and inertia - and they can also encourage and empower, to support individuals to be the best version of themselves and for the organisation to achieve.
Often, they do not realise the impact they have at all.
In this workshop, we will focus on the leader as an individual who needs to build relationships with his team members, while taking the team and the organisation into account.
We will look at Berne's ideas on leadership, and their application in today's workplace. We will take into account the responsibilities of leadership and discuss performance management.
