Leader as Coach 1 and 2

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day

Leaders using a coaching style of leadership is primarily about a different way of talking and relating to one another, which has  become much more important as organisations attempt to move away from command and control cultures.  it encourages people to think for themselves, to discover solutions and to use their initiative.

In Leader as Coach 2, we will consider among other areas, we could discuss how to coach above your pay grade.  How would you prepare, what would you need to take care of??
