How is it going?
As we moved from the Industrial Age and entered the Knowledge Age, work became more complex, requiring co-operation from co-workers and placing an emphasis on teams and team working.
In theory, if all teams communicate clearly, complement one another with their strengths and support each other, then all is harmonious and productive and the organisation performs to its potential.
That’s the theory anyway!
However, the practice is often somewhat different! Some teams rarely reach their potential because of relationship difficulties and power plays.
This workshop will examine psychological group processes, including time structuring, agitation across boundaries and games organisations play - and will identify some proactive interventions for leaders and team members alike.
