Unconscious processes are happening mostly outside of our awareness in the interactional field between two people.  The process of transference and counter-transference is a fascinating entity and when in a group situation the sometimes strange behaviour caused by transference may be very puzzling.  To say the least!

Sibling rivalry, fighting for the leader's attention can be very draining on the energy of the individual and the team.  Parallel process can ensure bad practice is perpetuate throughout the years and across the organisational system.
