Introduction

The tutorial titles are a guide - Lynda will ask you for your specific objectives.  
Many groups and teams work well, meet their objectives with everybody feeling they were able to make an effective contribution.

Some groups however, leave individuals feeling frustrated, upset and anxious.  The process in these teams appears to be counter-productive, as though designed to make things difficult and objectives impossible.

This tutorial will help to untangle some of the crossed wires, will focus on where the pressure points might be, and look at what is needed in order for cohesion to grow.
