Often when there is a problem in an organisation, the issue itself might (or might not) gets fixed, but the knock-on effect of the results of that issue are not addressed. This means that the problem repeats, throughout the organisation.
As practitioners, we need to understand the dynamics which swirl around whenever groups of people come together to produce an item, a process or a service. It is vital to identify the points of weakness in the system, the parts where it is working well and where it could work even better. Working individually with Lynda in this way will give an opportunity to the learner to deepen their understanding of the complexities of the modern workplace. |
