Leaders hold positions of power in their organisations. This power can be shared with team members, or used over them or peers to work to a self-serving agenda.
Organisations are complex - systems thinking shows us that what goes on in one department is felt throughout the business. One person can have a great deal of influence and impact on that system. Very often, leaders do not realise how much personal and positional power they have, and that others look to them for permissions. Permission to thrive, to take calculated risks, to be creative and innovative - but also to shout at others, cut corners, hide mistakes and play psychological games. If you are a leader, or a leadership coach or organisational consultant join us on this workshop to discover the ways in which that power can be harnessed to encourage success. |
