Over the last 40 years of my experience of working in organisations across private, public and charity sectors, I have often been struck by the number of times I have met somebody who suffers with a degree of Imposter Syndrome.
They may be perfectly competent, but have little faith in their abilities and constantly feel as though at some point, they will be 'found out'. We need people in the world, now more than ever, who are strong, capable, resourceful and who believe in themselves and their power to contribute, collaborate successfully and find life much more satisfying. |
