Group Games

"The (facilitator) needs to move beyond traditional, individually focused game theory to consider a game process played by the whole group"
Charlotte Sills

It can be quite challenging when a leader, teacher, trainer or facilitator is working with a group and a member of the group seems to be putting a spanner in the group process.

Sometimes, the group itself tries to manage the situation, but can often become embroiled in psychological games and the team overall becomes stuck, unhappy and unproductive.

This tutorial will teach role lock theory, and help you to manage this challenge the next time you are faced with it.
