This tutorial will provide an opportunity to explore frame of reference. How do we view the world? What is in the deep recesses of our frame and how does that affect our behaviour, run our lives? How do we maintain our okayness, when we face challenges on a personal and/or professional front? You will have the opportunity to explore how grounded you are, and how you might protect yourself if necessary.
We will also explore psychological hungers, so that with the understanding of what motivates us we can devise a positive plan for ourselves, and support our clients to do the same. |
