Introduction

Lynda will ask you for your learning objectives prior to the tutorial. 
Discounting is an internal process where without realising it, we ignore something about ourselves, our situation or something about other people.

We often fail to see potential problems, and on top of that we don't recognise our options in terms of the action we could taken in order to solve a problem, and sometimes, to make matters even worse, we fail to put into action the solutions we do identify!

If you want some personal development, or you are a coach who wants to help clients become unstuck, or you are a leader of a team who wants to maximise  potential - this tutorial is a must!
