DEEP DIVE TUTORIALS

The Assessing Cube

Book your tutorial here

Introduction

Lynda will ask you for your learning objectives prior to the tutorial.
As leaders, coaches and management educators, we need to be able to assess our impact on others - our developing awareness of the impact we have on others gives us options to enable us to choose a different approach if appropriate.

Understanding our Working Styles so that we can be flexible, able to blend styles to match the situation or client/colleague we are working with will help us to be more effective in our communication.

The Assessing Cube is a model which combines our behavioural ego states with our Working Styles/Drivers and sheds light therefore on our trainer, coach or leadership style
