Defining boundaries and stakeholders and surfacing the psychological level
When things fall apart, often contracting – or the lack of it – is the problem. In this workshop, we will explore this fundamental Transactional Analysis concept in some depth, covering the theory but also being mindful of the practical application of the theory.
Contracting as a tool for ethical practice will also be explored. |
In organisational work coaches and trainers are often working with many parties or stakeholders - multi-party contracting gives consideration to the wants and needs of others.
We will explore the work of Fanita English, and Nellie Micholt's development of her work looking at psychological distance. |
