A fascinating exploration of understanding speech patterns and the order of the sequence: feeling, behaving and thinking.  Each of the Driver styles has a preference as to their 'open door' (where they make contact) to their 'target door' where a leader or a coach might want to move them to while avoiding their 'closed or trap door' - where they will close down and not be available for a straight conversation.

Annie Murray renamed the trap door 'the Developmental Door' - as in this is the place where the individual is script bound and perhaps hurting - and it is the place that most needs attention.
