Leaders need to be aware of the impact they have on others! They need to understand stroke theory, and patterns of behaviour (ie Drivers) and how people discount and run rackets and do not always pay attention to boundaries. The workshopAll the workshops on the TA Practitioner programme are conducted online.
Participants receive a comprehensive workshop paper prior to the workshop, in order for them to read and reflect on the TA subjects which will be discussed online. This means that the brain is already making connections even before the workshop takes place! The five hour workshops will then provide an opportunity for discussion of the theory, time to ask questions, make links, work on activities to stimulate thinking and to work out the ways in which to apply the learning to your professional practice, or your own personal development. Lynda Tongue is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the organisational field. She qualified at this level in 2013, and has delivered workshops from Nashville to St Petersberg.
