Welcome to my website. I am Lynda Tongue and I started working with organisations as a coach and trainer in 1993. Six years later, in 1998 I attended an introductory workshop in Transactional Analysis (TA), and after that I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
Many of you might know me from my work in organisations up and down the UK teaching personal and team leadership. My client list was varied - I worked with police constabularies to NHS staff, from librarians to stone masons, bankers to care and tourist sector employees. I had the privilege to work with leaders at all levels, with specialists in private and public sectors and the more I learnt about TA, the more I taught it when coaching, and when running leadership programmes.
The concepts for self-development provided by TA were well-received and I gained huge satisfaction in seeing the light-bulb moments going on around the room as people began to realise how they were getting in their own way, or feeling stuck, or unable to build sound relationships.
Others reading this might know me from my workshops teaching trainers, coaches, organisational development consultants, teachers etc the concepts of TA. I have had the pleasure and the challenge of working with people in St Petersburg to Nashville, from Edinburgh to Johannesburg and have made many life-long friends around the world.
I am passionate about supporting people to be independent, strong and resilient and my aim is always to make TA accessible and cost effective. I moved my business online in 2016 and have been evolving it ever since.
